SHAPE Group acquires IT Power

SHAPE Group, New Zealand’s leading energy and air infrastructure company, acquires IT Power Services Ltd.

Shape Group has continued its fast-paced growth since opening its doors in 2021. This month Shape is proud to announce the acquisition of IT Power Services Ltd. As of 1^st of August 2022, the business operations of IT Power Services Ltd will have been purchased by Shape Energy Ltd. Going forward, IT Power will be legally known as Shape Energy Ltd and continue as a sub-brand of Shape Energy.

The team at IT Power are the perfect partners to further our goals of using smart, connected, resilient, and green technologies here in New Zealand. Shape Group is a well-resourced, 100% privately owned NZ business whose directors and owners are committed to improving the lives of New Zealanders.

Shape Energy intends on making no changes to IT Power’s services other than increasing its offerings and resources to it’s customers. Jason Lewis will be staying on with Shape Energy and IT Power representatives will continue to provide their world-class solutions and service.
